Phil has worked in the financial services industry since 1980. He holds the Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licensees and is Life & Health Insurance licensed in New York State. He studied Economics at the State University College at Buffalo, N.Y... He resides in Lake View, N.Y. with his wife Mary Ann and daughter Caitlin. Phil is active in the community through the Town of Hamburg Lions Club and the Knights of Columbus.
